Using Outlook Express


1. Open Outlook Express. The open program should like like image below.

2. Click on the "Tools" options located at the top of the window and then choose "Accounts" from the drop down menu.
 

3. If there is a mail account listed, highlight account, click "Properties", then skip to Step 12, otherwise click on the "Add" button, then choose mail.

4. Fill out as shown below, substituting "Real Name" with customer's name. Click "Next >".
 


 

5. Fill out as shown below, substituting "username" with your assigned username. Click "Next >".
 

6. Fill out as shown below.Click "Next >".

7. Fill out as shown below, substituting "username" and   your exact
domain name including the .com, .net or .org..Click "Next >".

8. Fill out as shown below, substituting "Username's Mail" with the desired name of account.Click "Next >".


 

9. Fill out as shown below.Click "Next >".
 

10. Verify with image below.Click "Next >".

11. Click "Finish". Do not proceed.

12. Verify with image below, substituting "Username's Mail" with the desired name of account, substituting "Real Name" with customer's name, substituting "username" with your customer username, then click on the "Servers" tab.

13. Fill out as shown below, substituting "username" with PDQ.net customer's 
username. Click on the "Connection" tab.

14. Verify and out as shown below.

Click on "Apply" then "OK", Outlook Express configuration is finished.
